I’m Ryann, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, who works with individuals of all ages! I believe therapy should reflect the uniqueness of each person, which is why I take a fluid, attuned and collaborative approach to support every client where they are.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Wyoming in 2022, where I was trained in a variety of evidenced-based practices to support children, teens and adults. During my graduate work, I became trained in Child Centered Play Therapy and quickly discovered the profound healing power of play. This experience sparked a deep passion for working with children and their caregivers.

My training in play therapy and child development deeply informs my work with teens and adults, helping me understand how early experiences and attachment shape who we become. I believe in the therapeutic power of holistic, relational work, while also weaving in mindfulness, DBT and expressive arts into the therapeutic process.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy listening to live music, skiing, open-water swimming, book club, thrifting and spending time with my partner and our 3 year old Bernese Mountain Dog.
